Equipment Rental Reservation Information
- Reserve Equipment – To confirm a reservation we require your contact information, a valid credit card number on file, a deposit and a signature on your rental contract. Your order will not be considered ‘reserved’ until a deposit and signed contract are received.
- Security Deposit – A security deposit is a fee above the cost of the rental. It secures your order with us and guarantees availability for your order. A deposit of $25-$100 will be applied towards your final balance.
- Changes to orders – We will make every attempt to accommodate reasonable changes up until 14 days before date of the event.
- Cancellation – When an order is secured by a deposit, the items become unavailable to all other customers. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will result in a cancellation fee of $25. We try to be accommodating and reasonable as possible regarding deposits. Instances of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances may receive deposit refunds upon discretion.
- When to Reserve – Reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis. It is never too early to make a reservation. Larger items such as Warming cabinets, freezers, & refrigeration units, are recommended reserving 3 – 6 months in advance to ensure availability.
